Ayinger Bavarian Pils
Multi-Award Winning Brewery
Bavarian brewers have been masters of their trade for centuries, and this expertise has resulted in the production of excellent pils beers. In fact, it was a Bavarian master brewer who first brewed beer using the pilsner method in the town of Pilsen. The Ayinger Bavarian Pils is a light-yellow beer that has a sparkling body and a smooth initial taste. It is highly fermented and has a fragrance of aromatic hops from the "Hallertau" region of Bavaria, which is the only type of hops used in Ayinger beer specialties. The beer's floweriness of the hops aroma makes it unique, and it has a more pronounced bitterness on swallowing, which quickly fades from the taste buds.
