The vineyard sits on a volcanic hill surrounded by vineyards and woods, benefiting from the diverse soils and high altitudes up to 700 meters. It focuses on 100% Fiano grapes, known for their adaptability and late ripening.
The wine offers a complex aroma profile with floral, fruity, and mineral notes. It undergoes careful maceration and fermentation in steel, followed by aging for 6 months on lees and 6 months in the bottle. With a bright straw yellow color and balanced acidity, it pairs well with vegetarian dishes, seafood, and white meats.
