This wine pays tribute to ancient Georgian orange wines and captures the essence of South of France sunsets.
Winemaking: Ancestral method using whole bunch fermentation of white grapes, resulting in a unique tannic orange wine. Made from seven Mediterranean grape varieties, AB certified organic.
Tasting Notes: Complex nose with white flowers, candied fruit, and white pepper. On the palate notes of citrus fruit, tangerine and spices.
Food Pairing: Ideal for aperitifs, cheese platters, and pairs well with spicy Indian or Asian cuisine.
Serving Temperature: Its aromatic complexity and the richness of its palate will develop in the glass at 14°C.
