Lion's Tail

A creative cocktail first created in 1937

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon

• 1/2 oz allspice dram

• 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

• 1 tsp simple syrup

• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

• Garnish: orange twist

Directions

• Pour liquid ingredients into a shaker with ice

• Shake until well chilled

• Pour into a cocktail glass

• Squeeze orange twist over the drink, discard the twist
