Created as a take on a classic cocktail, the Paper Plane strikes a balance between its bold flavors, playing with a contrast of sweet, sour and bitter. The signature orange color of the drink comes from the Aperol.
Paper Plane, GoodSpirits Style
Ingredients:Â
3/4 oz bourbon
3/4 oz Aperol
3/4 oz Amaro Meletti
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice
Shake until cold
Strain into a coupe glass
