Pimm’s Cup

24 ounces (2 cans) Sanpellegrino® Limonata or any sparkling lemonade

1-2 cups Pimm’s No. 1 (depending on your preference for alcohol content)

½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

8 strawberries, quartered

8 fresh mint leaves, torn

1 lemon sliced, for garnish

In a large pitcher, mix together the Limonata, Pimm’s, and lemon juice. Stir in the cucumber, strawberries, and mint. Let stand for 10 minutes until the flavors have mingled.

Fill 4 highball glasses with ice. Pour the cocktail over the ice dividing the cucumbers, strawberries and basil evenly. Garnish each glass with lemon.
